Pingu and Guinslash

OK! Here is the penguin/Empolean knock-off...errr... the Ice type Pingu and its evolution Guinslash (other names are welcome!) It was going to be a dual type but I've been coming up with a ton of dual types (because I like them) and not every Pokemon can be dual type!

Standard Ice attacks: Aurora beam, Ice Beam, Avalanche, Blizzard and Hail, but it should also have water and normal attacks.

Ability: Ice-types always seem to come with Thick Fat and there has to be something better...
